My daughter's experience with Ramya is incredible. She is an awesome singing teacher. She teaches very patiently, recognizes the weaknesses and helps to work on it so diligently. Vaishnavi started learning music from Ramya when she was 4. Ramya is a good teacher with a lot of patience. She makes sure that the students practice well till they can sing with confidence and without seeing the script. She encourages her students to participate in programs conducted by several associations.

My daughter Mayhek started her music journey with Ramya at the age of 5. Ramya has been amazing with Mayhek and very soon she started enjoying learning Carnatic music! Ramya is very good at working with kids and her dedication to the music and affection for the kids shows in her classes.

Very quickly my daughter had the opportunity to participate in the temple singing events, both solo and group. Ramya also has students compete in many singing competitions. My daughter learnt to sing a Telugu song even though she doesn’t know how to speak the language.

Ramya’s classes have no language barriers. Her excellent teaching skills along with the access to class recordings makes it easy for kids to continue to practice even after class. The class structure provides a well rounded learning experience for kids of all ages.

Our daughter, Nivedha has been learning Sangeetham from Ramya for about 3 years now. Ramya is a very patient teacher and works with the kids very well. She is also flexible with class timings as needed for holidays and other breaks. Kids fondly call her Ramya aunty and enjoy her company!

Ramya garu is my daughter Sreshta’s first music teacher. Sreshta might be the youngest of students Ramya garu had taught. (She was 2 1/2 years when she started). We had breaks in our music learning journey but never thought of another guru as my daughter is really comfortable with the way Ramya garu has been teaching. She has enough patience to repeat along with kids wait till they get perfect. We are really happy with the way Sreshta is learning.

When I first started taking singing from my teacher, I was a beginner. My teacher helped me identify my strengths and weaknesses. She helped me bring out the best in me while singing, and helped me realize the love and passion I had for singing.

Her teaching is excellent. She is very fun loving, friendly, enthusiastic, and thoughtful and encourages me.

Ramya Aunty teaches us devotional songs in many different languages and for many different gods and goddesses. She goes step by step - first with Shruti, then Talam, Sarali Swaras, Janta Swaras, Dhatu Swaras, and Upper/Lower Sthayi Swaras, Alankaras. We recently learned Geetalu and now we are learning Swarajatulu. She even taught full songs which gradually increase in difficulty levels. We are getting better day by day!

I am Ramya aunty's student for 4-5 years now and I really like learning Sangeetham from her. She teaches us step by step and I have got better since the time I started singing. I am confident now singing in front of an audience. Classes are always fun and I like to learn new things. In each class, we either learn a charanam or a swaram. Depending on how we practice and progress, the next class is taught. Sometimes, we also review old songs or have quizzes. If you mess up anything she is very nice and helps you rather than punishing you. For me memorizing songs is kind of difficult but it is very important so I try my best. I would recommend learn from her!

Ramya teacher has been teaching me Carnatic music for the past five years. I’ve always liked singing and this class has helped my voice to get better. We have classes every week and learn something new every week. We then practice and come back, sometimes we get quizzed too!

You don’t need to have that much prior knowledge to join this class, you start from the basics and work your way up. Overall it’s been pretty fun learning different songs and having been in performances from time to time.

Ramya has been teaching Vallabh for almost half a year and she’s been extremely patient and makes sure he understands the lyrics and the tune of the song. Ramya has been my daughter’s music teacher for around 2 years. Ramya is very knowledgeable, friendly and patient in dealing with kids. Ramya sends music recording when requested on time which helps my daughter practice before the next class.
